• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Of course!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped, Regular shipping services may vary from 15-20 days. EMS services usually take around 5-10 days. Preorders will take longer to ship as I need to wait for the items to be produced. The turnaround time is around 30 days for enamel pins and 7-14 days for prints/charms/standees.

  If you have a preorder item on your cart, your order will be sent after the preorder period is done.

• Where is this store based?

  Central Java, Indonesia

• Why is the shipping fee to my country so high?

  If the shipping fee is very expensive or is listed as 'Not Registered', PLEASE DON'T DIRECTLY BUY THE PRODUCTS and CONTACT ME INSTEAD through my support email. I will check if shipping to your country is available and adjust the fee accordingly.

• What's the difference between regular shipping and EMS?

  Regular shipping takes longer to get to its destination. It has a tracking number but its location is not accurate to the actual package's location (but don't worry, your purchase will arrive safely, it just takes longer). EMS is faster and has more accurate tracking but it's also more expensive. Some countries are only available for EMS (ex: AUS, NZ, most EU countries)

• What if an item is sold out?

  Feel free to reach out to my email or one of my social media handles to ask when/if I will restock that particular item or open another preorder of said item.

• Your policy regarding VATs and taxes?

  All VATs and/or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. After I've shipped off the items, I will not be responsible for any customs in your country.

• Are there any extra requirements for UK shipping?

  UK buyers are required to write their EORI/Tax ID number in the notes. This in needed in order for me to be able to ship out your items as it's mandatory in my country's post office. I know these numbers are only eligible to business owners, but according to my post office, it's a requirement by UK themselves and your package will not be processed without an EORI/Tax ID (you can use someone else's EORI/Tax ID to represent yourself if you don't have one). As it is government regulation, there's nothing I can do about it, I'm sorry ;;;

If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
